I set up this mirror so that people in Israel (or topologically near), will have an easy time downloading their favorite open-source projects at high speeds.

I personally use the Eclipse project for example, and I can tell you it is a great joy for me to download updates at the maximum speed of my ADSL connection. It gives me a good warm fuzzy feeling inside to know that the rest of you can enjoy the same.
